What are the modes of payment available?
We accept payments thru VISA, Mastercard, Gcash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI, and Union Bank via PayMongo.
Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
No. At the moment, we only accept payments thru VISA, Mastercard, Gcash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI, and Union Bank via PayMongo.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Metro Manila: 2-3 working days (except Saturday & Sunday, and holidays)
Provincial: 3-15 working days*
The estimated time of delivery may vary due to different causes, such as, but not limited to, natural calamities, holidays, etc.
Please note that once we ship your order, we do not have control over the exact date that the item/s will be delivered. We will send you a tracking number (for provincial orders), and you may leave us a message here if you need any assistance.
* For Provincial orders, the delivery date may be extended depending on the mode of delivery (whether via land, air, or sea).
Can I pick up my order?
Sure! Your order will be ready for pickup within 2-3 days; no same-day pickup. The exact pick-up address will be sent via SMS or email.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not ship internationally. Our system will reject/refund orders outside the Philippines. If the refund is via Credit Card, transaction fees will not be included and shall be shouldered by the Customer.
How do you pack orders before shipping?
Orders are packed in cling wraps and ribbon/s.
