Refund policy

THOR Storage offers a limited warranty of manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) week from the original date of purchase from THOR Storage website.

THOR Storage will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of misuse and if there is no receipt or proof of purchase. We don’t cover normal wear and tear on things like paint finishes (fading/scratching), dents from drops, broken lids from drops, loss, theft, or any other misuse of a product.

If a covered defect is discovered, THOR Storage will replace your product with the same or similar product for FREE after visual inspection and assessment have been completed. If a replacement item is not available, a change of item with the same price point or a full refund will be offered. Item exchange due to customer's change of mind such as different preference in color, size, style, or have found cheaper alternatives elsewhere, will not be honored.
